The Patar Bolinao, Pangasinan Escapade

Day 1 - April 15, 2011

Patar Beach in Bolinao, Pangasinan is another Pangasinan beach worth visiting. It's actually one of the more popular beaches in Pangasinan, with a good number of resorts in the area. And their numbers are growing. It's very picturesque with strong blue waves lashing at the cream sand along the shore like what we've seen in Mel Capili's album.

Our trips begin at about 3:00 am, after a long travel, 7hrs to be specific, finally we reached our destination Patar, Bolinao Pangasinan. Before we go there, we dropped by in Alaminos market for our baon (hehehe) and other things needed, because Mel shared to us that Patar was too far in Kabihasnan daw oh. After in Alaminos market, we proceed to our destination, (finally)  El Heredero Resort in Patar Bolinao.

Me and Mam Rose start preparing our brunch, while Ash and Athan observing us..(hehehe)

While waiting for our lunch, Majo and Mam Rose preparing a sandwich for everybody. (Oooppss me mga clown pa jan huh, yung naka-pink at white)

Food trip time

Menu: Rice, Grilled Tilapia, Chicken Wings Adobo, Oyster w/ vinegar, Ensaladang Mangga w/ alamang, Pulang Itlog w/ kamatis........Hmmmmmm...........Yummy

Eating together as a family will benefit everyone. Take the time and get into the habit of eating together, Guyz.......

After eating, we decided to see the beauty of Patar beach.

OMG!!! as in Oh My Gosh! The water was different kinds of blue and the sand was again smooth and golden. If you look closer, you will see that the sand is round, like tiny sea shells polished by the waves. I loved looking at the horizon, so blue and far away, the deeper blues of the sea suddenly turns into a lighter blue of the sky. The water is so clear you can see through to the bottom of the beach. I couldn't feel the hotness brought by the sun because i was really amazed. You can almost see the creatures under the water like different fishes, star fish, and lots of sea urchin, which I really hate (kasi natusok na ako, naiwan pa yung 5pcs na tinik ata un sa daliri ko, aun mejo namaga, hehehe)

This is the sea urchin that made my index finger hurt so bad to the touch.

After having our long rest for a long travel, it was already 6:00 pm, (again, food preparation for dinner).

Here area some pix of TS: (oops wala ako jan, nagluluto kasi ako nung time na yan, sayang)

Day 2 - April 16, 2011

For our day 2, we did the same routine, we ate our breakfast together with yummy foods which prepared by us except by Eric. (wala kasi siyang alam gawin kundi matulog, mag-angat pa lang ng baso yung super pagod na siya)

Eating Time ulet!!!!
Menu for the day : Grilled Bangus, fried GG, fried hotdog, talong-g, corned beef w/ potato, pulang egg w/ tomatoes.

Hmmmmm, yummy.
(mag-eenjoy kang kumain, lalo na pag kasabay mo yung mga TOTOONG TAO..................
Ooopps, guyz quiet, sleepy pa ata si ixhang gurl......

After eating, swimming  time again!!!!!  We spent our time getting tossed by the water, toasted by the sun, and posing for pictures which we really enjoyed. (Tignan nio na lang yung naka-pink spaghetti strap)

Day 3 - April 17, 2011

Before going back to Manila, we visit those beautiful spots in Bolinao :

Cape Bolinao Lighthouse

Ohh, what a beautiful scene, and I felt so lucky that I have visited these places with wonderful persons. (At take note dito din ginawa yung ilang scenes sa the Promise movie by Richard Guttierez and Angel Locsin, hope your familiar with this movie)

No one is allowed to enter the lighthouse itself dahil luma na siya. Weak na ang stairs going up kaya hinarangan na nila ito. Free naman pumunta sa lighthouse, walang fee. Sayang nga lang kasi di ka na makaka-experience umakyat sa tuktok nang lighthouse. It was actually my first closest encounter sa isang lighthouse.

Next spot :  The Enchanted cave is like the lighthouse, lots of stairs, but this time going down, wet steep stairs. The water was cold and like a soothing balm to my burning skin. The cave is small and deep - around 75 feet in the center. On the sides are sharp rocks where you can step on (very carefully) while you dip into the pool.

Sa loob na po ito ng cave, grabe, sobrang ganda at nakakawala ng stress.

We definitely enjoyed our Patar Bolinao Pangasinan Escapade. The trip was long and bumpy, but definitely,  it was very memorable to everyone and all worth it!
